To be eligible, your item must:

• Be in the same condition you received it (lightly used is okay)
• Include proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

📦 No need to return it:

In most cases, you don’t need to send the item back. Due to international shipping costs, we typically allow customers to keep the product — even after a refund is approved. It’s our way of saying thank you for giving Furvana a try.

Email our support team at support@getfurvana.com with:

• Your order number
• The reason for return
• A photo (if the item is damaged or defective)

We’ll get back to you within 24–48 hours with return instructions.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, we’ll happily send a replacement at no extra cost — just send us a photo within 7 days of delivery.

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–15 business days for it to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or provider.
